Freshly baked by our local baker, low glycemic (glycemic index 54), large sliced 800g loaf. Suitable shape for sandwiches. High protein, high fibre, reduced carbs. The slowly absorbed carbohydrates help control hunger and blood sugar levels, helping to control diabetes or to reduce the risk of becoming diabetic. Suitable for diabetics, dieters and healthy eaters. Will last for 5-6 days if kept cool in a cupboard, but can be frozen on receipt and used soon after defrosting.

We recommend delivery to Mainland UK only. The bread is only despatched on certain days, the same day that the baker bakes it, to ensure that you receive it as fresh as possible. This sliced bread is baked on Tuesday each week for despatch the same day.
